During product launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

International: 11–15 Business Days

Shipping Rates

From time to time, Pokemon Plugs may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item so we can assist you promptly.
